Joy Without Borders was created from a deep desire to bring more joy into the world one workplace, one genuine connection and one shared human moment at a time.

At the heart of Joy Without Borders is a belief that when people feel safe enough to be themselves, genuine human connection can grow. Through laughter and shared experiences, we create space for people to come together beyond titles, roles and everyday routines.
MEET BETINNA AURORA
For more than 20 years, I have brought people together through laughter.
During that time, I have witnessed what can happen when people feel safe enough to let go, laugh together and simply be themselves. No matter who I laugh with, I have seen how laughter creates a sense of freedom and a deep human connection that reaches beyond words.

I once shared laughter with members of a deaf association. Although they could not hear one another’s laughter, joy filled the room and the connection between them was unmistakable. Experiences like this have shown me that laughter does not need a shared language. It is a language of its own.

I believe joy has a unique ability to lift people, open hearts and bring us closer together. It is this belief, together with everything I have experienced through my work, that became the foundation for Joy Without Borders.
